There are approximately 99,000 schools and institutions that feed 30 million children each year as part of the USDA’s school meal programs and due to changes in the USDA’s Regulatory Reform Agenda, there are some new changes to the 2010 nutritional standards set by the Obama Administration’s Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act.
