IT service management is the process of an organization implementing IT solutions for clients. IT service management assists an organization to determine the demand for their ITSM. IT service management allows them to deliver IT services in accordance with the market's demand. The process of IT service management is divided into different levels such as strategic planning, deployment, technical implementation maintenance, and training. Each stage has a different task and performs different tasks including planning, deployment, technical execution, maintenance and upgrading.

IT service management is the process of providing the best IT resources to companies in accordance with their needs. The resources consist of skilled and well-trained IT experts who can assist the organization in achieving their goals in business. The most important aspect in the development of an IT solution is service support. The service support encompasses the provision of technical expertise, staff and training, and software development. This helps reduce operational costs and improves the organization's productivity.

IT service management encompasses concepts such as life cycle management, knowledge management, and project management. The concept of lifecycle begins with the beginning of the process, when a product or an idea is created and developed. When a product is placed available for sale the lifecycle is complete. Knowledge management starts with the time that the information base of the company is established and is recognized. Project management is the capacity to identify and guide the use of resources that can be utilized to meet requirements.

IT service management is divided into three broad categories three categories: infrastructure management, configuration management and resource management. Infrastructure management is concerned with the transfer of information and data between users and servers. It also encompasses the processes involved. Configuration management is a software-based configuration management. It ensures that the system's apps are properly installed and developed. Resource management is the process of providing human resources equipment, information, and other resources. It involves procedures like recruiting and managing employees as well as providing the best possible services.

IT asset management refers to the process of identifying and directing assets within an company. IT asset management reduces duplication of software and hardware, improves customer service, and reduces the cost of keeping outdated systems. Change management, on the other hand, is involved in making changes to the production, deployment, or service of an IT system. It also involves strategies and methods to minimize risk in the system development and maintenance ITSM training.

IT service management is comprised of five main areas, which include service and support, configuration management, engineering change management business process improvement and release management. Each of the sections has its own set of tasks. These actions ensure that the technology solutions of the organization are continuously improved. Quality assurance is an integral part of the IT service management.
