Using the LSAC Letter of Recommendation Service

You may have heard that it takes five years or more to become licensed to work in certain positions within the medical field. But what if you had a problem during your training and you were not able to complete it? For example, you had to leave the program and seek another way to complete it but you met another student who could help you in filling the position you had left and you wanted to send your letter of recommendation to them. If you did not know how to do this you would have to write letters of recommendation by hand so it would take you much longer than five years.

You can also use the LSAC s Letter of Recommendation service, which is offered in conjunction with Credential Assembly Service. The LOR service allows your recommending recommender to write just one letter for you to send to as many colleges as you would like. This makes it easier for you to fill out because it will only take you a few minutes to type in your information and then hit "submit" on the form that is provided on the LSAC website. After you hit submit, the system will let you know the number of letters of recommendation your professor has given out and you can choose from those letters to forward to your potential employers.

This is an easy way for you to let our prospective employers know what kind of person you are and also lets them know that you took the time to do your research. You may be wondering how they will know that you did your research, but all that is required is that you list all of the subjects that you completed your research in and how long you completed each course. By using the letter of recommendation service you can let them know that you are thorough and well read, but you can also let them know that your professors graded you poorly or that you left a subject out of your study simply because you didn't feel it was relevant to your studies. No matter what the reasons are, using the LOR system is a great way for you to make sure that your letters of recommendation reach the right places. You can take a great college exam and still not be able to get into the school of your dreams because you don't have enough letters of recommendation.
