King & Spalding Recruits Partner Salomé Cisnal De Ugarte in Brussels to its Global Antitrust Practice

King and Spalding has added rivalry accomplice Salomé Cisnal De Ugarte as accomplice in its Brussels office. She joins the company's Global Antitrust practice.

Cisnal De Ugarte educates customers on all perspectives with respect to EU and public rivalry law. She has considerable involvement with cross-line consolidations and vital joint endeavors, getting freedom for exchanges from the European Commission and public rivalry specialists around the world. She similarly addresses customers in complex antitrust examinations and insight on consistence issues.
