Accounting and finance exemptions give students head start in jobs market | Latest News


The number of accreditations and exemptions of the professional body offered at De Montfort de Leicester University (DMU) allows students to obtain professional qualifications at an accelerated rate.


The Department of Accounting and Finance has just received the accreditation of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) CIMA E3 Dumps PDF, the largest management body in the world, which grants graduates exemptions of up to eight exam papers.


Another recent accreditation of the Association of Certified Accountants with Position (ACCA), the global body for professional accountants, comes with exemptions of up to nine documents, the maximum available for any degree degree.


This allows students to rate faster than some of their counterparts, giving them a leading edge in the labor market.


Jasmine Wilson, finance and accounting student of the second year, said: "Having professional qualifications opens doors. There are not many universities that have so many exceptions: I have chosen the best."

Recent graduates are gaining the benefits of DMU links with internationally recognized bodies.


Preeya Parmar, who earned a role as Managing Account Assistant with the NHS before graduating with a Primer in Accounting and Finance, said: "The fact that my course was accredited by ACCA and offered me more exemptions allowed me to have an improved academic knowledge that I can apply to several challenging situations.”
