Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, DRDO has invited applications for Apprentice posts. DRDO Official Recruitment 2021 Apply online for Apprentice posts will be discussed here. Candidates that meet the requirements may apply for the DRDO jobs 2021 via the DRDO’s official website, drdo.gov.in.

APPLICATION FOR ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES FOR THE YEAR 2021-22 (Under Apprentices Act, 1961 as amended in 1961, 1973 & 2014)

Under the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act 1961, Director Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (CAIR). Bangalore invites online applications from eligible candidates for Graduate/Diploma Apprenticeship training for one year as per the details below.

A degree in engineering or technology granted by statutory University/institution empowered to award such degree by an Act of Parliament.

Minimum Qualification:

A diploma in engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Educational. established by a State Government/University/Institute recognized by the State Government or Central Government. as equivalent to a diploma/ Sandwich course student who is undergoing training in order that he/she may hold a diploma in Engg./Technology.

2. Stipend

Candidates finally selected for the apprenticeship training would be eligible for stipend as given below as per Govt. of India guidelines:

B. E/B.Tech/Eqvt. : Rs 9000/- per month

Diploma : Rs 8000/- per month

3. Selection process:

1. Graduate Apprentice Trainees (B.E/B.Tech./Equivalent); Diploma Apprentice Trainees. Depending upon the vacancies available in various disciplines, selection of candidates will be carried out by short listing on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
2. Details of short listed will be published in DRDO website. Candidates are advised to check on the official website for updates. If possible, candidates will be intimated by Mail ID provided in the bio-data.

4. How to Apply:

1. Candidates should first register themselves on the Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD) portal. For registration log on to http://mhrdnats.gov.in
2. Applications are to be submitted online through the following website/link: http://rac.gov.in or http://drdo.gov.in
3. Candidates are requested to fill up correct details against all the fields along with uploading of scanned copies of all the mandatory documents (as per list).
4. The marks obtained in the qualifying exam are to be mentioned in percentage. In case of CGPA, candidates are requested to convert the CGPA into percentage as per their university norms and the same will be verified during document verification.
5. Candidates are required to bring a signed printout of the application along with the originals of the documents submitted online at the time of joining at CAIR, Bengaluru.
6. Online Applications after the last date would not be accepted. Incomplete or partially filled application forms would not be accepted.
