Bayer reached a big settlement with $10.9 billion to settle around 100,000 existing claims and also has set aside another $4.5 billion to settle the future claims.
The settlement will give an approximate settlement amount of $5,000 to $200,000 for each claimant. Around $167,000 on average for every person is calculated in another report.
