There is the child within us and we'd like to learn how to heal your inner child. This is the child we were given, and is our nature-born self. This is a reference to our raw feelings, personalities, playful in our lives, intuition, spontaneity enthusiasm, curiosity, joy and a sense of wonder and imagination. The child in us is an experience that is right-brain which is felt through our bodies.

Apart from boosting your self-esteem, what better time to start talking to your child inside you?

There are three major motives, apart from increasing confidence in yourself and connecting in a positive way with the child inside you. Prior to this, every day was about happiness as well as inner tranquility. The child in us is loved by our adult self. Kids who are loved be active and playful with enthusiasm and joy. If a child is empty of love, they can feel depressed, lonely, scared and anxious.

They feel depleted, stifled, and empty.

In the second, we could be in conflict with others or encounter traumatizing and terrifying life experiences. In times like these we require internal sources. Inner child healing books help us to maintain our confidence about ourselves. When we feel confident it helps us get along with other people and deal with life's inevitable trauma and frightening situations more efficiently.


You can overcome past hurt and heal the belief system you've formed about yourself and the memories that hurt. The issue is that we've been taught to believe in false and insignificant beliefs about ourselves, as well as our actions and act in ways that hurt us. It is now possible to discover the truth about us and learn from books on inner child healing to better treat ourselves.
