Guided breathing exercises

MyLife meditation can help you find inner peace. It asks for your feelings so that it can suggest exercises and activities based on them. You can also choose from a variety of meditation activities, and it offers additional themes.

It is very easy to use. After you have downloaded the app, you will see a status screen that allows you to check-in and select from different options. A short meditation and five emotions will be requested. After you are done, you can check in to see what you feel and what you can do.
