One such attempt is the West as researcher in neuroscience David Eagleman developed.

David Eagleman describes it as a new mind which can for example be used to allow the deaf - or feel - speech and other sounds.

- That's what characterizes us and distinguishes us from other animals - we are the best at dynamically adapt to new situations.

Basically it is about an evolutionary pressures which we have experienced relatively rapid change.

The brain perceives the example as a reward when we get the likes of

Facebook or ping it into a text message and it makes it difficult for us to put down our cell phones even though our rational self tells us that we should do it.
