Lian Li's new DK-12 and DK-16 desks build on the DK-04 desk chassis but do away with the PC mount in favour of a leather-like wooden surface.

Case-maker Lian Li has announced its entry into the furniture market with the launch of the DK-12 and DK-16 motorised sitting-standing desks.

Based on the control system developed for the DK-04 motorised sitting-standing desk-cum-chassis system, the DK-12 and DK-16 do away with the glass-housed PC mount in favour of a more traditional wooden desk surface.

In both models, cable management slots feature at the rear corners, with the wooden top covered in what the company describes as a 'leather-like waterproof surface.'

As with the DK-04, Lian Li's designs include a motorised height control situated on the front-right edge.

Using this, buyers can adjust the desk from sitting to standing height and back again - from 695mm to 1185mm.
