Selling multi-million dollar insurance to a niche of a niche

I'm heading up marketing efforts at a fairly large insurance brokerage top 1% in the country .

We sell insurance to everything from home and auto up to Fortune 500 companies.

There's a niche of business that we have that makes up about 20% of our revenues in a small subset of construction companies.

Revenue from one sale usually yields about 300-500k in commissions/revenues.

The problem with this is that there is only maybe 200 of these customers in the entire country and we currently insure about 10% of this number.

I pretty much have a list of every business that could be a customer.
