SaaS Marketing Role: Was Asked To Propose My Own Compensation Package - I'm Lost!

I m having a really really tough time figuring out an ask for my salary.

I m a Marketing Manager at an enterprise SaaS company, with 4 years experience in my role and 1 year completed at this company.

I am currently paid a low-medium end base salary with a tiny amount of equity.

My boss is the CEO, and my 1yr review was very favourable.

He suggested that I negotiate with him some sort of salary/bonus/equity split based on performance for next year.

The lions share of our leads come from working lists and outbound cold calling.
