The only thing that can go wrong is when you say this is the only way.

If you re going at it from the data side, get informed developers who can make design decisions.

Understand the basics so you can make informed decisions.

They speak totally different languages.

Data, all it is is effectively play testing your entire user base, using it as a high-level view of what s going on.If you re just getting started, there are free tools available out there for collecting data, looking at things like retention and engagement numbers.
