Finland's public finances strengthened during January-march, – revenue increased and expenditure fell last year

Finland's general government deficit decreased by eur 0.7 billion in January-march, says Statistics bureau on Thursday announced by the Government revenue and expenditure quarterly report.

general Government's consolidated total revenue grew according to Statistics finland, eur 0.2 billion in 2017 the first quarter of the previous year's corresponding quarter.

consolidated total expenditure decreased by eur 0.5 billion in the previous year corresponding quarter.

”the Revenue and expenditure, calculated as the difference between the general government deficit (net borrowing) decreased by 0.7 billion euros.

total revenue grew by 0.5 per cent from the previous quarter.

total expenditure increased from the previous quarter by 0.1 per cent.”
