According to research from the university of Sydney, a higher walk extend your life.

Professor Emmanuel Stamatakis says that if you walk in a average rate, it means 20% lower risk of overall mortality, compared with going at a slow pace.

To walk in a fast speed, which is estimated to be 5-7 km/h, lowered the risk by 24 percent.
