First North-the company takes into 114 million bet on self-driven cars

Di Digital reported two weeks ago that the First North company Smart Eye examined the possibility to fill in the checkout.

the News came the day after the company announced a collaboration with Volvo Cars, a major shareholder Geely if self-driven cars.

On Tuesday night announced the Smart Eye that the company planned to bring in around 125 million during the night by a so-called advanced bookbuilding-procedure.

On Wednesday morning was funding complete.

Smart Eye gives out 2.2 million new shares, and may up 114 million.

the subscription price is sek 52 per share which represents a discount of 7 per cent compared with the average exchange rate of the last 10 trading days.
