From several alternatives available to seek customer feedback, the survey is one of the most reliable and impactful tools for most companies today to seek and understand customer opinions.

The survey concept is simple, you must give out honest views, feedback, opinions and answer a few questions Dunkin Donuts would like to know from its guests or customers.

In return, Dunkin Donuts rewards the person who provides feedback and his/her valuable time by coupon codes that subsidize a future purchase at the store.

In case, you are fond of Dunkin Donuts and want to subsidize your purchase the next time, you need to read the next piece very carefully.

As discussed before, a guest satisfaction survey launched by Dunkin Donuts once completed can make you eligible for coupon codes that offer great discounts.

A minimum of age of 18 years is a must to participate in the contest.

Google today announced a partnership with Dunkin’ Donuts to bring mobile ordering through the Google Assistant app, via AndroidPolice.

Now, if you’re a Dunkin’ Donuts rewards member through the chain’s DD Perks program, you can link your account to Google Assistant and order with your voice, on both iOS and Android.

To enable the feature, just speak or type “talk to Dunkin Donuts” within the Assistant app, and Dunkin’ Donuts’ mobile ordering bot will take over from there.

Unfortunately, you can’t start a new order, but the bot does let you re-order past orders, with the data culled from your DD Perks account.

Once you confirm the location and the order contents, you’ll be given a Google Maps-powered delivery estimate.

It’s not exactly a groundbreaking development for Google Assistant.

The next time you drive near a Dunkin' Donuts on the way to work, Waze won't just offer to reroute your there—it'll let you place an order, too.

The navigation app recently announced a partnership with Dunkin' Donuts that lets users order items while they're en route.

The new feature is rolling out now.

If you don't see an option to order ahead you may need to update Waze.

You'll also need to install the Dunkin' Donuts app.

To start, the new Waze feature only works with Dunkin', but the company plans to partner with other businesses in the near future, according to the Associated Press.

Dunkin’ Donuts is the debut partner with Waze to launch a service that lets consumers order from within the real-time, crowdsourced traffic and navigation app, a move it hopes will further brand loyalty.

The service, name Order Ahead, lets Waze users place orders prior to hitting the road – with additional brand options to come, according to Jordan Grossman, head of business partnerships in North America at Waze.

As of March 28, the more than 6 million members of Dunkin’ Donuts’ DD Perks rewards program can order coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches and the like by searching for Dunkin’ Donuts within Waze, prompting the app to find the closest location.

Users then select the Order Ahead option, pick their menu items and select “I’m ready for pickup”.

Then, upon arrival at Dunkin’ Donuts, consumers can skip the line and pick up their orders, according to a company press release.

(However, a video noted speeding past the line is not available in all locations.)

Several months after launching its first creative review in almost 20 years, Dunkin’ Donuts has chosen BBDO and Arc Worldwide as its newest creative agency partners.

Omnicom’s BBDO will be the chain’s agency of record, while Arc—part of the Leo Burnett organization—handles in-store marketing.

BBDO will be tasked with handling all digital and multicultural marketing for Dunkin’ Donuts, in addition to broadcast, print and out-of-home.

Incumbent Hill Holliday opted not to participate in the creative review, which launched several weeks after former Digitas North America CEO Tony Weisman became Dunkin’ Donuts’ new CMO.

“This is an incredibly exciting time for our brand, with new menu choices, next-generation store design and new technology, all designed to transform Dunkin’ Donuts into America’s favorite, beverage-led, on-the-go brand,” Weisman said in a statement.

“We loved the insights and innovation that BBDO Worldwide brought to the pitch, and we believe they are the best partner to help us transform and elevate our marketing, finding fresh and relevant new ways to inspire and captivate customers.”

Some coffee lovers adore Dunkin’ Donuts, others prefer Starbucks and still others don’t give a hoot as long as they get their caffeine fix.

On the social engagement side, however, a clear winner emerges.

In a report, earned media performance platform ShareIQ studied the two brands’ engagement on Facebook and Instagram from the start of the year through March 24, finding that Starbucks tallied nearly 17 times the engagement of Dunkin’ Donuts.

The battle for the $37 billion retail coffee market in the U.S. was a little less one-sided on Facebook, but Starbucks still had five times more Facebook engagement than Dunkin’ Donuts.

ShareIQ vice president of marketing and author of the report Jonathan Gardner said the two brands are the global leaders for coffee, adding, “No one has anywhere near the scale and brand recognition.” That said, Starbucks is working off a much larger fan base—more than 12 times the Instagram followers of Dunkin’ Donuts and 2.4 times the Facebook fans.

Starbucks’ legacy is more upscale, cool and subdued, and this vibe is built into its brands and its presence on social platforms, said Gardner.

Waze, the Google-owned traffic and navigation app, helps its users get from point A to point B in an efficient manner, but soon, it could be the app through which they order their next cup of coffee or meal.

Thanks to a newly-announced partnership that will see Waze launch a new “Order Ahead” feature with Dunkin’ Donuts, Waze users will soon be able to order their favorite drink or food item as they hit the road so that it’s ready to go when they arrive at Dunkin’ Donuts.

Jordan Grossman, Waze’s North American business partnerships chief, stated in an announcement:

“Our new Order Ahead feature expands Waze’s mission of saving time on the road by enabling consumers to now also save time in-store, while giving brands a new opportunity to engage with their customers.”

To take advantage of the new Order Ahead feature, Waze users will also have to have installed the Dunkin’ Donuts mobile app and be members of the company’s rewards program, DD Perks.

Once integrated, the Waze app will be able to identify the closest Dunkin’ Donuts location and submit the user’s drink or food order ahead of time so that it’s ready when they arrive.

This new functionality points the way toward a more efficient integration of transportation and delivery services.

Waze may help you get where you need to go, but it hasn’t stopped you from being hungry when you get there – until now.

The updated application now has an “Order Ahead,” function, which with its first partnership in place, can now let users make sure there’s an order from Dunkin’ Donuts waiting for them when they arrive.

Combining satellite navigation with traffic avoidance algorithms, ridesharing and now food ordering, Waze is looking to change the way people travel.

To use the new Order Ahead feature, users pick specific items from the Dunkin’ Donuts menu within the Waze application, which then seeks out the nearest Dunkin’ Donuts and places an order there which can be picked up shortly afterward.

The plan, according to Waze parent company Google, is to add more companies and restaurants in the future, so that there will be a wide variety of food available — not just donuts and coffee.

Dunkin’ Donuts coming back to the Bay Area is one of the greatest things ever to happen to this region.

And the three shops in the area — in South San Francisco, Walnut Creek and Half Moon Bay — are certainly temples of donut-y awesomeness to anyone who visits there for a box of Munchkins.Ah, but what to do when you are in a hurry for work in the morning, or just want to pick up a dozen on the way home?

Why just go into the local “Dunks,” as many in Dunkin’s New England home region call the place?

What if there were a magical way to place your order ahead of time so that your “large regular” coffee was waiting for you when you arrive at the closest Dunkin’ Donuts possible?Well, you can thank Google’s Waze traffic navigation app, because it has answered your prayers.Waze announced a new partnership that makes Dunkin’ Donuts the first brand to be included in Waze’s Order Ahead feature.

You need to use Waze, have the Dunkin’ Donuts app installed on your iPhone, iPod Touch or Android smartphone and be a member of Dunkin’s DD Perks loyalty program. But once you do that, you can order directly from Dunks while you are in the Waze app.

Of course, you would want to do this before you get on the road, because we all know better than to be messing around with our phones while we are driving, right?Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

Google-owned Waze has announced a partnership with Dunkin' Donuts to start testing a new feature that will let customers place an order before heading out to pickup at a nearby store.

This is an extension of the app’s existing functionality whereby Waze shows ads for Dunkin' Donuts along your route — and other commerces that advertise with Waze — and offers to reroute you there.

While you can place an order with one tap from within the Waze interface, at this time you’re still required to have the Dunkin’ Donuts app installed, where you can program your favorite items using the existing on-the-go ordering feature, so they’ll be ready to order through Waze.

For safety reasons Order Ahead is meant to be used while the vehicle is at a complete standstill.

Speaking of the partnership, Scott Hudler, chief digital officer for Dunkin’ Brands note: "Waze involves the ritualistic behavior of driving to work on your daily commute, and we are a brand built on a ritual, too.” As part of the deal Waze isn’t getting a commission on orders placed through its app, but Dunkin' Donuts has committed to increasing the amount it spends on Waze ads.

Google says it plans to add “more brand advertisers” to the order-ahead feature “in the near future.” Restaurants like McDonald's, Taco Bell and Starbucks already have mobile ordering capabilities in their apps so it wouldn’t be surprising to see them integrated into Waze down the road.
