Over the years, countless industries have been using traditional business cards to promote their products and services. Until video contents kicked in and were integrated into traditional business cards making way for videoCARDS and video brochures. The results were based on 3,010 consumers from the US, Germany, Mexico, and Colombia who participated in the survey. And if you pay attention to the trend, video marketing is preferred by most bigger brands due to the popularity of streaming services on the world wide web and on how video contents entertain consumers and clients keeping them informed on your latest offering may it be via a streaming app or a video brochure. But from a business standpoint, considering the fluctuating economy and market, are videoCARDS enough to leverage your brand? While the competition is getting tough on a daily basis, videoCARDS can set your business apart from the rest.

Extravagant video cards that cost hundreds of dollars steal most of the attention when they hit store shelves, but they re not what most people buy.

For most, a video card is a serious purchase, and the models that sell for less than $200 seem the best value.

That market just became a lot more competitive, thanks to Nvidia s introduction of its new GTX 1050 and 1050 Ti.

Aimed to fight AMD s successful RX 460 and RX 470, respectively, the GTX 1050 hits stores for as little as $110, and the 1050 Ti will come to market starting at $140.

As you can see, the GTX 1050 costs less than a pair new, full-price video games.

They also ditch the need for an external power connection, and shrink board size down to about six inches.

Nvidia s GTX 1060 is the company s latest mid-range video card, and heir to a long line of superb value cards.

There are many options available, like the Zotac GeForce GTX 1060 AMP!

It has a slight overclock – about 50MHz – and carries the beefier 6GB configuration.

That means good things for the performance, but it also means bad things for the price, which reaches $280 at retail right now.

Affordability is the point of a mid-range card, so it s disappointing to see an extra $80 has been tacked on – and this places the GTX 1060 side-by-side with the GTX 970, which is now being sold at a discount.

In fact, inflated pricing has become a disappointing trend across all price brackets, and across both AMD and Nvidia.

For one brief moment, your exorbitant purchase feels completely reasonable.

Last week I bought a new top-of-the-line GTX 1080, a purchase I rationalized by telling myself I should get it now while I could still re-sell my last graphics card a 980Ti for enough to somewhat offset the expense.

Read TechSpot's and Kotaku's review

Any time I install a new PC component, particularly a new GPU, I have a short list of games that I check out first.

How high can I get the little frame-rate counter in the corner of the screen to climb?

Of course I had to play The Witcher 3 first.

The Acer Switch 7 Black Edition might appear to be just another Windows 10 device that's got a discrete GPU upgrade, but it arguably makes the best use of its new found graphical prowess.

Sadly, the keycaps haven’t gotten any larger despite there being so much room on all sides of the magnetic peripheral.

The newly-implemented discrete GPU is the Nvidia MX 150, which is to say it’s basically a mobile version of the Nvidia GT 1030.

Well, it very much still is – there’s very little wrong with the Note 8 if you’re a fan of the phablet – but the spectre of last year's debacle is still hanging over its shiny body.

As such, you can disregard the issues from last year if you go for this new and powerful handset from Samsung... apart from the inevitable questions / mocking you’ll have to put up with when you pull it out for the first time.

In the UK it’s going to be £869 SIM-free, and Note 8 deals will start at around £60 per month if you want a free phone – very much at the pricey end of the scale.

With all the graphics cards that have been released recently, other hardware launches have been somewhat overshadowed.

SilverStone, of course, is not a GPU manufacturer, but it has slipped out a new chassis, the Primera PM01, in the last few months.

We couldn't let such a claim go untested, so we're here to put it through its paces.

SilverStone does list a matt black version of the case on its website, but it's not a model that appears to be available in the UK.

DON T MISS: Everything we wanted to know about the iPhone 7 might have just leaked

At Computex yesterday, Digital Storm unveiled the Aura, an all-in-one for gamers who don t like desktops.

Powering that fearsome screen is an equally fearsome graphics selection.

The Aura can be specced with Nvidia s brand-new GTX 1080, pretty much the best graphics card money can buy.

That spec costs an eye-watering $7,000, but there s less extreme builds with a 1080 for $3,100, or a budget build with a Core i5 and GTX 960 for $2,000.

Traditional desktop gamers are going to scoff at the concept of a gaming all-in-one wanting to play in the big leagues.

But it s not a ridiculous proposition, especially considering how much some people spend on giant 17-inch gaming laptops with significantly less power.

There's some bad news when it comes to the performance of future-generation graphics cards, thanks to the announcement of a delay in the arrival of faster GDDR6 memory.

GDDR6 video RAM is the next step on from the current GDDR5X as seen in the new GeForce GTX 1080 , but over at the Hot Chips conference in the US this week, Samsung said the new memory technology won't be arriving next year as previously anticipated – we'll have to wait until 2018 instead.

And even then, we could see further delays, and of course the graphics cards using GDDR6 will need to be prototyped, built and so forth.

The upshot is don't expect faster boards benefiting from GDDR6 for quite some time yet…

GDDR5X is capable of 10 to 12Gbps transfer rates, with GDDR6 reportedly stepping up to 14 to 16Gbps.

That means a total memory bandwidth of 512GBps with a 256-bit memory bus, or up to 786GBps with a 384-bit wide bus.

A basic graphic card is all a computer needs to display the user interface on a computer screen.

For graphics-intensive tasks, such as 4K video, games, VR, and plenty of other apps, you’ll need a more powerful discrete graphics card that can deliver more processing power.

However, graphics cards makers are about to launch a new generation of products that can barely connect to an external monitor.

That seems to be counter-intuitive.

After all, you need to be able to hook up your graphics card to a screen to actually make use of it.

Cryptocurrency miners discovered years ago that mining for Bitcoin is a lot more profitable if you use a GPU.

Hellblade is one of the sleeper hits of 2017.

It’s a psychological action-thriller that explores the mental health of its hero, but PC players who use AMD graphics cards were having issues enjoying Hellblade.

In the later stages, players with these GPUs were seeing severe performance hits that made the game choppy and unplayable for some.

But developer Ninja Theory released a patch yesterday, and it looks like it has solved the AMD problems.

Ninja Theory confirmed on social media that the update is directly addresses the problems AMD video cards were encountering.

If you are running one of AMD’s Radeon cards, and you held off on getting into Hellblade because of the reports on its performance problems, it is likely now safe for you to jump in.

Any time I install a new PC component, particularly a new GPU, I have a short list of games that I check out first.

How high can I get the little frame-rate counter in the corner of the screen to climb?

Of course I had to play The Witcher 3 first.
