Today, every human being deserves a person that admires, cherishes, prioritizes, and cares the most in this modern era.

It should be above all the others except God who created us.

Love is a soulful connection between two creatures, whether it is a human being, animal, bird, insect, or any non-living thing.

Just because of love, we propose to each other, name our relation, and through this, it makes our bond stronger and tighter.

It is blind, deep, complicated but yet simple, it can be destructive, but it can be peaceful.

Having a perfect companion is a dream, and it can be accomplished swiftly and efficiently.

DeepMind has used neural networks to create a computer model that generates natural sounding speech and music

Google s artificial intelligence AI division DeepMind has figured out how to make computers generate speech which sounds natural by mimicking human speech.

To do this DeepMind created WaveNet, a deep generative model of raw audio waveforms.

Put into simple terms, WaveNet uses an artificial neural network, which attempts to mimic how the human brain disseminates information, to focus on the construction of sound waves in their raw waveforms and tries to model likely patterns in how they produce natural speech.

Through this process WaveNet learns how to synthesise speech as well as other audio signals such as music.

It differs from common text-to-speech system, which form sentences from large databases of short speech fragments and assemble them into sentences, resulting in speech that sounds classically robotic and stilted.

Peter Thiel, the Silicon Valley billionaire and Facebook board member, appeared today at the National Press Club in Washington, where he gave a short speech defending his support of Donald Trump and answered journalists written questions about his decade-long campaign to destroy Gawker Media.

The event ended with Thiel exiting the building as his security detail manhandled reporters, including one from Gizmodo, who tried to speak to him.

After Burr asked whether his secret legal war against Gawker set a dangerous precedent, Thiel delivered a long, rambling answer in which he accused former Gawker editor A.J.

Daulerio of being an aspiring child pornographer because Daulerio had mocked a lawyer s question during a deposition that played in court during the Hulk Hogan trial.

In the same answer, Thiel attempted to summarize Gawker s entire editorial output of the past fourteen years:

There were many different targets Gawker had, they had targets in Silicon Valley, they had celebrities as targets.

Well, thanks to a new artificial intelligence (AI) technique, Amazon might soon be able to roll out new speaking styles to its voice assistant at a rapid clip.

In a newly published paper (“Effect of data reduction on sequence-to-sequence neural TTS“) and an accompanying blog post, the Seattle company today detailed a text-to-speech (TTS) system that can learn to adopt a new speaking style, such as that of a newscaster, from just a few hours of training.

Traditional methods require hiring a voice actor to read in the target style for a collective tens of hours.

“To users, synthetic speech produced by neural networks sounds much more natural than speech produced through concatenative methods, which string together short speech snippets stored in an audio database,” wrote Trevor Wood, applied science manager at Amazon.

“With the increased flexibility provided by [our system], we can easily vary the speaking style of synthesized speech.”

Amazon’s AI model — which it refers to as neural TTS, or NTTS for short — consists of two components.
