American software giant Google has made its move for greener pastures with the release of its very own flagship of smartphones.

If you’re an Android fan looking for an upgrade, then consider yourself lucky as Amazon reduced the $799 list price of a factory unlocked Google Pixel 3 by 38%.

If $499 doesn’t cut it for you, you could qualify for another $50 discount with your Amazon Rewards Visa Card, making it one of the best smartphone deals you’ll find today.

Since this smartphone is factory unlocked, this Google Pixel 3 would work with any carrier of your choice with the plan that suits your lifestyle.

Also, its sale price of $499 may be a lot less than the actual price you’re willing to pay to lease your device on a monthly basis.

It has a 5.5-inch OLED screen with a 2,260 x 1,080 resolution that makes the Pixel 3’s display sharp, well-saturated, and more natural.

In the run-up to the next Made By Google event typically held later in the autumn, Google has already shared the first official picture of the Pixel 4, along with info on all the fancy sensors and tech stashed inside its top bezel.

But now, based on some new leaks uncovered by 9to5Google, we’re getting an even better idea of what to expect on the Pixel 4, including details regarding a few interesting new features.

Starting with the general specs, it appears that the Pixel 4's screen will be getting a small bump up to 5.7 inches, up from 5.5 inches on the Pixel 3, while the Pixel 4 XL is holding pat with a 6.3-inch display.

Both phones also reportedly feature the same resolutions as last year, with the Pixel 4 getting a full HD+ screen (probably around 2160 x 1080), while the Pixel 4 XL gets a QHD+ display with a resolution around 2960 x 1440.

But what may even be more important is that both Pixel 4 may get OLED screens with a “Super Smooth” 90Hz refresh rate, which is a feature Samsung failed to add to the recently announced Galaxy Note 10.

This would put the Pixel 4 in a select crowd of phones with above-average refresh rates including the OnePlus 7 Pro and ROG Phone 2, whose screens tend to offer a more responsive and more fluid viewing experience.

Instagram lets you add additional accounts from the Settings menu within the mobile app.

Instagram understands that its users often need to manage multiple identities — it's common for people to run both personal and business accounts, for example.

That's why Instagram makes it easy not just to switch between accounts within its iPhone and Android apps, but also to create additional accounts from within the app as well.

You may need to dispute a fare on Uber if you think you were overcharged or you were charged for a canceled ride, but disputing an Uber charge isn't an automatic guarantee that you'll receive a refund.

Uber is one of the most useful inventions of the modern age.

Uber lets you know how long it will be before your ride shows up—there's even a map so you can track where your car is in real time—as well as how much the ride should cost.

While there's no guarantee that the company will give you your money back, it's worth filing the request with them, especially if you've overpaid a significant amount.

This week marks the final release of the Android Q update series in Beta form before the final release.

Android Q is on its Final Beta, which means what it always means: The first official public build is nearly here for the masses.

In fact most phones out in the wild right now will NOT get Android Q. That’s a bummer if you’re the sort of person who expects that newer is better and that every new version of a software should, by rights, be on the device for which you laid down hundreds of your hard-earned dollars!

If you’ve got a Google Pixel phone, you’ll probably get Android Q.

If you’ve got one of the following phones that are already participating in the Google Android Beta Program, chances are you’ll get a final version of Android Q when the time is right.

Phones that’ll (probably) get Android Q update:

The Pixel 4 rumor season never stops, even if Samsung is having a major smartphone launch.

9to5Google, which had its earlier Pixel 4 rumors confirmed by Google before the phone has even launched, has a fresh set of Pixel 4 rumors for us.

First up: the Pixel 4 will supposedly have a 90Hz "smooth display" feature, just like the OnePlus 7 Pro.

This means the entire interface should refresh at 90 frames per second instead of the usual 60, which—on the OnePlus 7 Pro at least—proved to be an absolute revelation for UI smoothness and making the phone feel fast and responsive.

Until 90Hz displays came along, Google was the leader in Android UI "smoothness," so it'll be interesting to see what the company can do with a faster display.

Quicker display refresh rates are rapidly becoming the next big upgrade for Android phones—as evidenced by the aforementioned 90Hz OnePlus phone and even a 120Hz OLED screen from Asus with the ROG Phone 2.

How do you follow up one of the best Wear OS watches ever made?

As the moniker suggests, the new model comes with cellular support in partnership with Verizon, but has the Chinese company hidden away any other goodies in this familiar-looking package?

The watch was connected to a Google Pixel 3 XL.

Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 4G/LTE review: The big picture

Mobvoi has spent the past 12 months refreshing its existing line of smartwatches.

Pretty much all of the Pixel 3’s hardware specs were leaked well before its launch last year.

Google tried to get ahead of the story for its next phone by posting photos of the upcoming Pixel 4 in June, far ahead of its official unveiling.

But alas, it couldn’t prevent the handset’s specs from leaking out.

According to a report by 9to5Google, the search giant’s next phone will have a 90Hz display and a bump up to 6GB of RAM.

Last month, Google posted a video that confirmed the phone will have face unlock capabilities along with the capability to control it with hand gestures, thanks to Soli radar chip.

However, the new leak spills the beans on all the other aspects of the phone.
