

The single most popular 2019 Years resolutions are to lose weight.
They see a slight weight decline, stop, then go back to putting on the pounds.
Now, I am not saying you should drink that much, but I think that you should drink as much as possible.
Buy yourself an alarm clock if you do not have one already.
Set it every night to go off in 8.5 hours (the 0.5 is more or less the time to fall asleep).
