Crushed from high quality rock ore, RZG garnet consists of totally natural almandine rock garnet abrasive angular grains known for its natural hardness, durability and abrasive characteristics.
The 4 times of proper crushing during high standard process produces very sharp angular grains, providing more superior cutting speed than other garnet abrasives.
The full computer-controlled process ensures 4 times crushing, 6 times washing, 3 times magnetic separation and 4 times screen, ensuring the highest standard of quality and meeting most stringent industrial and military requirements.Benefits of using RZG garnet for abrasive blasting ◆RZG garnet grains cut deep into the cavities and pitted areas down to the metal.
The blasted surface is free of embedments and free of rogue peaks and troughs.
Sa 3 White Metal is effortlessly achieved.◆The angular grains of RZG garnet provide much higher cutting speed and much lower material consumption than other beach garnet abrasive at same air-pressure, same nozzle size and grain size with proper controlled abrasive flow rate and etc.◆Blasting with RZG garnet 30/60mesh, a surface profile up to 85μm is easily achieved along a much greater number of peaks per unit area.
Much coarser RZG garnet 20/40 mesh is available for higher surface profile request.◆RZG garnet is thoroughly washed for 6 times consuming over 580 cubic meters clean water during wet process, ensuring industry leading low salt contamination with conductivity below 8 mS/m and soluble chloride below 4ppm which are all far beyond industry standard.
Types of Sandblasting HopperSandblasting Hopper, Model P7 150Sandblasting Hopper, Model P7 300 & 300RSandblasting Hopper, Model P7 500 & 500RSandblasting Hopper, Model P7 1000 & 1000RSand blasting Hopper, Model P7 150Mini Portable Sand Blaster (Sandblasting Hopper, Model P7 150) or mini-sandblaster is typically powered by sandblasting compressor and the mini sandblasting machine is named so because of its small-sized pot(150kg).
Portable Sandblasting Equipments are pressurized, tank filled with sandblasting grit, and used to allow an adjustable amount of sandblasting grit into the main blasting line.Fully equipped mini portable sand blasting hopper are often found mounted on wheels, offering high mobility and easy transport from site to site.
Sandblasting Nozzle is at the starting of sandblasting hose on Portable Sand Blaster.Sand blasting Hopper, Model P7 300 & 300Rsmall sandblasting or portable sandblasting hopper (Model P7 300 & 300R) are using for the process of cleaning, debur, eatching, smoothing, shaping and cleaning a surface by forcing solid particles across that surface at high velocity, industrial sandblaster effect is similar to that of using sandpaper, but provides a more even finish with no problems at corners or crannies or cracks.
In automatic On/Off industrial sandblasting hopper, the dead man handle used at the operator’s hand when it needs to on and off then operators can start and stop this small sandblasting Hopper.
Pressure pot sandblaster is easy to move one place to another.
a portable sandblasting hopper is used for cleaning, rust removal, and corrosion removal.
