
New Year’s is just around the corner, and everyone will come up with new resolutions. These resolutions are easy to make but difficult to maintain. Several people make resolutions and out of which a small percentage of people stay on those resolutions the entire year.

The main course book is highly comprehensive and a fun read, but its not fluff-filled junk.
Early on you are introduced a bit more to the authors on highintensityworkouts.org and how the F4X protocol works.
You will then determine what your goals are and pick a phase to start with.
You can follow each phase all the way through if you are just starting out, or you can pick-up in second, or third phases if you are already at an intermediate or advanced level of fitness.
