New for 2019 is the expansion of the Atlantis Inflatable (Leisure Center pool movement), smart dieting cookery exhibitions by Helen's Herbs, make exercises by Crafty.
Cllr Joan Wright, Chair of the Council's Culture Committee remarked, 'This yearly occasion is a chance to attempt new exercises and sports totally for nothing out of pocket and all sessions are driven by expert educators.
Our point is to get individuals out of the house and dynamic and as this occasion has such an assortment of exercises, there is something for everybody '.
