It is a very common problem nowadays. It can be defined as the persistent and throbbing headache, usually on one side of the head that may happen with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light.
It can be commonly seen in age groups from 10 years old to 40 years old and with increasing stress and strain on human life this problem is getting more common.
Many researches have concluded that migraines can be caused due to chemical imbalances in brain, genetic inheritance and other reasons.

- Women may get migraine due to their menstrual cycles, to menopause, or to using hormonal birth control

- Viral diseases such as common cold or the flu, may trigger migraines, especially in children
