In due course, Most of the Governments are also seeking Donations, Loans, Grants, Charity Funds and other avenues of Fund Raising activities in addition to deployment of their own Revenue and Reserves for managing and handling this grave situation, and are not leaving any stone unturned to help the most needy and affected person and entity. As a matter of fact, these Funds are considered Public Funds and hence, in order to utilise it for expenditure, every Government has to follow the Public Procurement Norms and Invite Tenders, International Tenders, Online Tenders, Bids, RFPS, RFIs, EOIs, RFQs, Solicitations for functioning of their regular and planned projects and operations. It is a Need of Hour to identify this ‘Ray of Hope’ and start looking for Domestic or International Tenders as per the capabilities and credential of the Company.
