How to solve something happened Error When Upgrading to Windows 10?

The wrongly configured settings can cause failure while installing new operating system such as Windows 10 to your PC. Here is how to tweak the settings to successfully install it:

1. Head to Region in the Control Panel.
2. Navigate to Administrative tab and then make your way to the Change system locale option.
3. Now you will be redirected to the Settings tab.
4. Inside Current system locale, ensure that English (United States) is chosen.
5. Hit the OK button to make the changes.
6. Hit Apply and then OK.
