2. Raffles’ Landing Site

Raffles’ Landing Site is a historic website online in Singapore. It is thought that that is the vicinity wherein Sir Thomas Stamford Bingley Raffles landed in on January 29, 1819. Sir Thomas Stamford Bingley Raffles is referred to as the founder of Singapore. There is a lovely polymarble statue of Sir Raffles at this website to pay respect to the man considered as the founder of Singapore. From the Raffles’ Landing Site, you can enjoy panoramic perspectives of Singapore and spot for your self the comparison between the old colonial homes and the new sky-scrapers of Singapore.

3. Old parliament house

The old parliament house is  called  as The Arts House, the Old Parliament House is probably the oldest surviving colonial structure in Singapore. In 1826, the original constructing became designed and built by way of architect G.D. Coleman as a neo-Palladian residence. The former Parliament House turned into gazetted as a countrywide monument in 1992 and in 2003, become converted to The Arts House—which has been a polestar for the Arts in Singapore since.
