PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) has held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), Thursday (16/6). The result He Bunarto Tjondro was appointed as President Director replacing Prijono Sugiarto who has served since 1 March 2010.

“we Can say the following appointed mr. He Bunarto Tjondro President Director," said He when announce the appointment of himself in a press conference in Jakarta, Sunday (16/6). While Prijono will served as President of the Commissioners.

Perusahaan telekomunikasi Telkomsel, kini telah memiliki layanan video conference, yang dapat dipakai untuk kegiatan rapat virtual.

Aplikasi ini diklaim aman dan telah digunakan presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) dalam rapat terbatas (ratas)bersama menteri kabinet kemarin, Selasa (21/4).Aplikasi percakapan milik Telkomsel yang serupa Zoom ini bernama CloudX.

Direktur Utama Telkomsel, Setyanto Hantoro mengatakan, presiden Jokowi menginginkan aplikasi yang lebih aman setelah mencoba beberapa aplikasi rapat online termasuk Zoom.

Dalam uji coba kemarin, ratas yang diikuti 48 peserta, termasuk host dari Sekretaris Kabinet (Setkab) berlangsung lancar tanpa hambatan.

"Tidak ada hambatan sama sekali dan terbukti lebih aman," kata Setyanto dalam video conference pada Selasa (21/4).
