1. Have some spare lemon you do not know what to do with? Pressing them and put them into ice cube trays and freeze. This way you will have a lemon on hand to drink or to bake when you need it.
2. If you do not have time to make a dessert, try this one. Running a few grapes with cold water and dust them with sugar. Put them in the freezer for an hour and they were delicious.
3. If the dinner stew out you have too much fat and you do not have time to put it in the refrigerator and wait hardened fat, throw a few ice cubes to the pan. fat will be attached to the ice and then remove them immediately before they melt.
4. Put a little salt to the pan and the fat will splatter.
5. Do fizz out of your champagne? Put the raisins into the bottle and voila bubbles will be back, without champagne you take one of the flavors of raisins.
6. If you have put too much salt in the stew or soup, throw cut up a raw potato, and it will absorb a lot of salt. You can throw all the potatoes cooked potatoes.
7. If using dried herbs and spices in your food, crush them between your fingertips to release the flavor first, before adding them to your cooking.
8. To prevent the yolk from collapsing while trying to slice hard-boiled eggs, wet the knife before each slice. To prevent a dark ring forming around the yolk after you boil eggs, place them directly on top of the stove in cold water for several minutes.
9. Keep handy vinegar. It is great for cleaning a scale that accumulates in the kettle and iron and has many other uses. You can also use diluted in water as a very effective tile and floor cleaner.
