If we see the history of Google’s Pixel pre-order pattern, the customers were allowed to pre-order the phones on its announcement day. But we can expect a lot of changes this year.

What will Google Pixel 5 look like?

The real-world photos and the renders of the upcoming Pixel 5 have leaked showing off the Pixel 5 in two colors; black and green. The design of Pixel 5 looks very similar to the forthcoming Pixel 4a, featuring a left-mounted cutout and a square camera housing on the back. Just like Pixel 4, you will get two sensors for the rear camera. But the recent details about the Pixel’s five looks have conflicted. Some claim that it will be an all-aluminum design while the people who had hands-on experience claimed that it felt more like plastic. As per the disagreements, we cannot conclude the final look of Google Pixel 5.

If we look at the camera, the early leaks had hinted at three cameras, but now, it is confirmed that Google Pixel 5 will have two cameras. However, Google Pixel 5 will be launched with a standard and ultra-wide sensor, dropping the previous Pixel 4 telephoto camera. The camera of Google Pixel 5 will come with new features like motion blur mode, audio zoom feature, and the ability to adjust the LED flash accordingly.

One of the unique features of Pixel 4 is its Motion Sense gestures which enable you to control music playback, manage calls, and snooze alarms by just waving your hand over the phone. But Google has given up on this feature in Pixel 5. The latest renders of Google Pixel 5 showcases a fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone which left no room for the Motion Sense sensors.

Conclusion

The Pixel 5 will be an exciting handset, considering its leaked features and functionalities. If we compare it with Pixel 4, then Pixel 5 will address most of the criticism Google faced with Pixel 4 because of its terrible battery life. Pixel 4a is also an excellent pixel phone with a fantastic price, so if you want to experience Pixel and is not very much impressed with Pixel 5, then Google Pixel 4a is also a great option.
