Scratch was developed by MIT in 2003.
Now, all kids need to do is drag, drop, and switch blocks around to create apps, games, and many other programs.Scratch coding converts text-based software codes into visual blocks.
That is exactly what the founders intended.Additionally, Scratch coding for kids also makes it easier for them to move forward to other programming languages like Java, C++, or even Python.
Since kids are visual learners, it appeals to their natural tendency of learning via visualization and imagination.
The drag-and-drop approach to coding has made it direct & accessible for everyone while eliminating the difficult parts.Develops Conceptual Learning and Creative ThinkingInstead of spending time cramming detailed commands, Scratch enables kids to focus on the programming concepts like loops, conditionals, structures, operators, etc.
Eliminating the whole syntax format liberates a kid's imagination and headspace, allowing them to develop conceptual & creative thinking.Let Kids Explore & ExperimentScratch allows kids to be flexible and creative.
