QuickBooks helps your business keep track of transactions, payroll information, your budget and other financial data. once you complete a purchase , you'll store receipts within the QuickBooks database for future reference. QuickBooks recommends that you simply keep a record of all completed transactions, but you'll delete old receipts if you not need them. QuickBooks also suggests that you simply void receipts rather than deleting them. Voiding changes transaction amounts to zero and marks the receipts as paid.
