Poly V belts have taken over the usage from traditional V belts in a big way.
Construction of poly V belts make it a much better choice for power transmission as they are more durable and offer better transmission of power.Types of poly V beltsFlexonic beltAs the name suggests, flexonic poly V belts are elastic belts with longitudinal ribs.
This is a revolutionary technology that is being used in industries all around the world.Advantages of using poly V beltsThere are many advantages that come along with the use of Hutchinson Poly V Belts in comparison to traditional V belts.
Poly V belts not only offer better transmission of power but also save from frequent change of belt tension.
As these V belts have a constant tension throughout their lifetime, consumer need not worry about the V belt very often. No matching of V belts is required as all the ribs have same length and therefore smaller pulley dimensions are possible with reduced face widths converting into better bearing life, better belt speed and high-speed ratios.ETP express bushes for roboticThese are considered the best keyless bushes till date.
Patent for the technology was granted to ETP transmission AB Sweden in 1980’s but still remain best in the field after so many years.
