Globally each people have an awful situation financially, mentally, physically, etc. No one doesn't know when it will be finished! But we should move on, we have to move on, that's why every country government offered much essential free stuff, that's citizens requires every day. Please don't think this is Shameful to get free services from the government, because it's your right, you pay taxes for national works. And this is not outside of national works. However, now it matter is who eligible for those free services? Many countries including the U.S government budget for the telecommunication sector, SNAP (supplemental nutritional assistance program) to keep strong financially.
