What is Polypropylene Plastic, and Where is it used for?

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic, it is also known as polypropene made from the blend of propylene monomers. By the year 1957, its demand had risen and extensive commercial production started across Europe. Today it is one of the most common plastics throughout the world.

The significant users of PP are the packaging industry, which uses nearly 30% of total polypropylene, followed by equipment manufacturing and electrical, which uses about 13% each.
