Install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package

When installing the updates got an error message - "The installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 to 2017 Redistributable Package (x86). In most cases you should install both the x64 (64-bit) and the x86 (64-bit) versions. Select free download under Visual Studio Community 2017. This will download the installer. Run the installer.
