In today’s time mostly teens have Smartphones in their hands. Kids spend most of their time on the computer and Smartphones for several hours a day and many working parents are not able to give their full attention to their kids. It’s important to keep the child safe from online cybercrime because there are more internet safety risks for young children when they go online unsupervised.
Talk openly with your children:
Always pay attention when your children start accessing the internet. It’s important to know what they are watching online and what they are reading. Always listen to your child and ask about the sites and apps which they visit. It’s important to teach them about their online reputation.
Know your Parental Control:
It is wise to understand the parental control restrictions offered by web browsers and internet service providers. If you use 100 percent accurate parental control on your child then this will prevent them from seeing and accessing the most violent material.
Be share aware:
If your child regularly uses social sites then it’s important that they will be aware of sharing their personal information and images online. Don’t allow them to share their personal information without your permission and don’t allow them to share their photos with strangers. Don’t be harsh and do any techie parenting things with your children.
