What is the Federal Skilled Worker Program?

What is the Express Entry program?

Express passage program permits the national administration of Canada to welcome talented migrants to present an application for Canada PR Visa. A point-based framework, presented in 2015; it deals with the profiles of outsiders who have enlisted under Canada's three primary talented monetary movement programs:

  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

With the assistance of the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) every one of the profiles of the previously mentioned enrolled competitors is positioned in the express pool, where they all are submitted together. Every one of the greater positioned profiles in the express pool is given the Invitation to Apply (ITA) to apply for Canada PR Visa to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Candidates have to submit an application to IRCC with the proper set of documents within 60 days of getting the ITA.

What are the advantages of FSWP?

The main advantage of the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) to apply for Canada PR Visa is as follows:

  • For any possibility to be qualified for FSWP, they don't need an association with Canada. In case the applicant can meet the base necessities of the program, it is a phenomenal choice for the up-and-comers living outside of Canada to apply for Canada PR Visa through this program
  • It is the immigration program with the highest percentage of ITAs issued.

but, there is likewise an expected burden; as though the competitor is qualified under this program it isn't sure that they will get an ITA. For this, they need to meet the base CRS score needed for Canada PR Visa.

What is the eligibility criterion for the Federal Skilled Worker Program?

For any candidate to be eligible to apply for PR Visa through the Federal Skilled Worker Program, they are required to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Work Experience: Candidate must have a minimum of one year of regular full-time work experience in the past ten years in a skilled occupation that is categorized under NOC skill type 0, A or B
  • Language Proficiency: Under this factor, the candidate must get a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 or IELTS score of 6 per band in each ability (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening)
  • Education: The candidate has to complete at least education that is equivalent to a Canadian high school diploma. For the education that is pursued outside of Canada, an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) is required.
  • Settlement Funds: Candidates are also required to show proof of funds to demonstrate that candidate have enough funds to support themselves for the move to Canada
  • The candidate is also required to score a minimum of 67 points in the FSWP point grid.

When the up-and-comer meets the previously mentioned prerequisites, they can make their express profile in the express section program. Getting an application submitted into the express pool doesn't ensure that the competitor gets the ITA. For that, they need to clear the CRS score cut-off.
