Covering a man’s head is prohibited in the state of Ihram. Man cannot cover their head with a cap or anything else.
Covering Of Ladies Face:
Women are not allowed to cover their faces while in the state of Ihram. They cannot use a vial over their face. Women are only allowed to cover their face when they want to sleep during the state of Ihram

Cutting of nails and extraction of teeth is forbidden in the state of Ihram. Pilgrims have to cut their nails before wearing Ihram. Same the case of teeth as extraction is prohibited during the state of Ihram.
