The putout (PO) is a credit given to the defender who can genuinely record the full event of an out. Recording an out requires a few maneuvers to be finished.
These moves incorporate labeling a sprinter, contacting the base during forceout, getting the third strike, standing nearest to the sprinter who submitted an impedance, and getting a batted ball. However, just an authority scorer can give the defender a PO honor.
The pitcher just (PO), then again, shows that a player centers rigorously around doing the pitcher's job and doesn't get to bat or stand firm on different footholds in the field.
