Daily disposable lenses at Stanton optical Clackamas are designed to be worn for one time only. Other disposables are designed for wearing continuously from two weeks to up to a month. Some people would be tempted to protract them by wearing them more than once. This is a wrong practice since it can damage the eye if the contacts get damaged. If they are damaged, the possibility of bacteria growth multiplies. That can lead to an infection. Wearing them for a much longer span can also lead to protein buildup, which can also cause eye irritation.
