Most of the Startups/Products fail because they fail to make PROGRESS.
Progress is the key to any product or startup. Unfortunately, Many businesses and startups don’t understand it completely.
Here are 11 steps that I have learned from the amazing book Rework by David Heinemeier(DHH) and Jason Fried.
- Less is good
- Build half a product, not half assed product
- Start
- Ignore the details early on
- Decisions are progress
- Be a curator
- Throw less at the problem
- Focus on constant.
- Tone is in your fingers
- You can’t make just one thing
- Get it out there
“I don’t have enough time/money/people/experience” — Stop whining and embrace the constraints. Constraints are advantages in disguise. Limited resources force you to make do with what you’ve got.
