The Kourtney Kardashian Diet

The Kourtney Kardashian diet is not a secret. The reality star has stated that she adheres to a healthy eating regimen, but sushi is one of Kourtney Kardashian’s favorite meals. She also drinks kimchi juice for breakfast every day and consumes a lot of fish, vegetables, fruit, and whole grains, all of which are very nutritious foods.


What is Kourtney Kardashian’s workout?

She hits the gym… hard

Kourt has declared that if she could, she would work out every day. Despite her hectic schedule, she manages to exercise around six times each week (but keep in mind that rest days are necessary for recovery and avoiding harm – so if you try the same exercises, you could overdo it!).


Kourtney works out at the gym and enjoys HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts led by Don Brooks (AKA Don-A-Matrix) or Amanda Lee, both of whom told ELLE that Kourtney’s routines are “mostly geared toward toning, lifting, tightening, and fat burning,” and that “her endurance is insane.”


Lee’s typical HIIT session would most certainly include a variety of jumping squats, burpees, resistance-band exercises, mountain climbers into push-ups, and probably a lot of perspiration.


Kourt’s routines are divided into four parts (like an NFL game), with each quarter focused on a different section of the body and incorporating two distinct exercises. To fully master a quarter, you must complete each exercise 20 times, with three ‘cycles’ being repeated three times before the quarter can be concluded. Sisters Kim and Khloe are both fans of the same workout strategy.
