What exactly is the Canadian Experience Course
The CEC is a category of permanent residence for Canadians with qualified work experience. It was designed for temporary foreign workers and foreign graduates who have relevant work experience in Canada.
Qualification for the Canadian Experience Class
The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) program is designed for candidates with recent Canadian job experience who want to permanently immigrate to Canada. CEC is also one of the quickest paths to permanent residence in Canada, with completion times ranging from 3 to 6 months! CEC is managed through the Express Entry system, and interested candidates are ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). Applicants with acceptable CRS scores will be invited to apply for Canadian permanent residency.
What is the minimum Canadian experience Class score?
Minimum scores have now dropped from 467 to 447 in the five Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draws held since the COVID-19 outbreak in Canada. The most recent draw follows a May 13 draw for Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates, in which 529 candidates were invited and a minimum CRS score of 718 was required.
