Employee payroll management: employee salaries are disbursed promptly based on attendance and shift loss tracking

Employee onboarding and background verification: employees are onboarded via the SILA Connect app with auto background verification checks

Paperless checklists: QR codes are placed at various locations on-site and scanned via SILA Connect where employees can then fill out various forms for audits and verification.

Ticketing module: tickets can be raised via the SILA Connect client dashboard in case of any issues on site and escalated to the assigned team members

Client dashboard module: helps clients track attendance, QR code completion, audits, CSAT automation, etc.

Attendance management: Attendance with geo-fencing is recorded and trackable in real-time.

NPS scores and customer satisfaction: Customer feedback and escalation metric for resolution.

Billing management: Invoices are auto-generated based on attendance and shift loss tracking.

We also use world-class technology during energy audits and to track sustainability and energy metrics like water and energy usage. Managing these via our in house technology allows us to work in a more seamless and collaborative way across departments.
