While mature enterprises can defend themselves effectively, less mature enterprises may face a long and potentially dangerous road ahead. XDR allows immature enterprises to significantly reduce the time it takes for security to reach maturity.

There is a global shortage of cybersecurity resources right now. According to the research “The Life and Times of Cybersecurity Professionals 2021 Volume V” by the ESG and ISSA, 76 percent of cybersecurity professionals experience problems recruiting security professionals.
