Replace Hard Drive

If your device is experiencing a loop that resets the device and then automatically turns it back on there may be an issue with the hard drive. After a couple of loops, the blue screen will appear displaying some error message. This is known as the Blue Screen of the Death. The blue screen is a sign that your hard drive could be corrupted and need to be replaced. Click here for the guide on how to replace your hard drive.

Not Enough RAM

In some cases, a blue error screen may be the result of faulty RAM storage. Overusing the device's memory can lead to the crashing of certain programs, or even a complete system crash. A possible solution would be to check the amount of memory being used at time and make sure that is not exceeding the amount your RAM is able to handle.

On the home screen, a Wi-Fi icon is in the bottom right corner. Click on the Wi-Fi icon and locate your unique Wi-Fi display name. Click on the Wi-Fi icon associated with the network connection and enter your Wi-Fi password. If the Wi-Fi password may be located on the Wi-Fi router.

Outdated Drivers

Make sure your Wi-Fi is turned on by placing the cursor on the Wi-Fi icon on the laptop display screen. If the Wi-Fi is already on and the computer cannot be properly connected to the Wi-Fi go to the Lenovo website and download the appropriate driver for the correct operating system.
