5. The objects to be pasted are not neat, concave and convex, causing bubbles and wrinkles.

There are four reasons for broken labels.
1. If the marking speed is too fast, the marking will be broken, and the marking speed will be reduced.
2. The marking method is incorrect, and the marking shall be carried out according to the correct marking method provided by the manufacturer.
3. The tension of the bid plate is too large, resulting in short bid. Adjust the force of the bid plate.
4. The product labeling speed is faster than the labeling speed, which causes the product labeling to be pulled and the labeling speed to be increased.

There are probably five reasons why labels cannot be attached.
1. If the bid submission rate is too slow, just increase it
2. If the marking is too early, move the measuring object electric eye to the left, or adjust the product delay on the screen.
3. The reserved label (the label pulled out before the label is affixed on the marker plate) is not long enough, so adjust the length of the reserved label.
4. If the spacing between materials is too small, adjust the product separation mechanism to increase the spacing between products.
5. If the object detecting electric eye does not detect the material, move the object detecting electric eye to the left or adjust the parameter of the object detecting electric eye.
